Delivery Fee
Cheezmall charges Rs 900 for all international delivery, Rs 150 for all domestic delivery.
Delivery effectiveness
Cheemall promises that, if a member order is not delivered within promised delivery time, Cheezmall will offer Rs.300 coupons (1500 purchase limit, valid within 3 months) to the member’s account as the compensation; if a member’s order is not delivered 15 days after shipment, the member can require return service and receive Rs.500 coupon (Rs.2500 purchase limit, valid within 3 months) from Cheezmall.
Shipping time
After members place orders, there will be staffs processing and verifying items ordered, shipping address and payment information. Once the verification is approved, international packages will be shipped within 15-25 days from abroad, and domestic packages will be shipped within 3-5 days.

A: By now, all our channels are available for cash on delivery.

A: Our delivery man will contact you by phone before the item is delivered. Please make sure you are reachable and do not refuse any unidentified number in case that you miss the delivery. Your order would be automatically returned to Cheezmall warehouse if we couldn’t reach you three times consecutively. If you choose to pay by cash, please prepare enough cash before the delivery-man comes.
